They are primarily based on the standard work steps in manufacturing companies. To this end, the specialists at ZOLLER have built a complete smart factory. In addition to standard turning and milling centers, it encompasses the entire spectrum of ZOLLER’s extensive product portfolio. This includes setting and measuring devices, inspection and measuring equipment, automation systems, storage systems, shrink-fitting and balancing machines, tool holders, and tool management solutions. In this way, participants in the one-day and multi-day training courses at ZOLLER can apply their knowledge and skills in a practical manner and in direct relation to real-world workflows. Tailored to their individual needs, they learn the functions and operation of the software modules relevant to them. Following intensive theoretical training in the classrooms, practical application takes place directly on the shop floor of the ZOLLER Smart Factory in Pleidelsheim.
