The »hobCheck« offers very accurate measurements that are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards such as DIN 3968 and DIN 1829.

A complete measurement of a hob according to DIN 3968 usually only takes a few minutes. The data creation for a new tool is required only once and is also very quick.

The measuring probe makes it possible to measure parameters that remain hidden to the camera, such as the rake angle, the pitch and the flute direction. This is particularly interesting for resharpeners.

The measurement results are automatically evaluated in accordance with the relevant standards and a specific report with graphics is created.

The »hobCheck« can be used in combination with the »roboSet 2« automation solution. This allows tools to be loaded, measured, sorted and documented fully automatically - around the clock and without an operator.
