These are specialized for technical staff in manufacturing companies and are primarily based on the standard steps found in such facilities. To this end, the specialists at ZOLLER have designed a complete smart factory. In addition to standard turning and milling centers, it includes the entire spectrum of ZOLLER’s extensive product portfolio. This includes presetting and measuring machines, testing and measuring machines, automation systems, storage systems, shrink-fit and balancing machines, tool holders, and tool management solutions. In this way, participants in ZOLLER’s one-day and multi-day training courses can use their knowledge and skills in a practical setting and in direct reference to real-world workflows. This applies not only to individual steps but also, comprehensively, to a largely automated, digitized production process.
Tailored to Individual Needs

This includes, for example, creating and saving master data, as well as checking tools, operating and measuring equipment, and fixtures in and out. Participants learn details about the modular design of the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions system as a whole and the resulting options for comprehensive tool organization and management. Through individually tailored instruction, they learn the functions and ways to use the software modules relevant to their specific needs. Following intensive theoretical training in the classrooms, hands-on application takes place directly on the shop floor of the ZOLLER Smart Factory in Pleidelsheim. As a result, the training and continuing education programs at ZOLLER provide participants with in-depth, practical expertise.
