That is why ZOLLER offers continuing education courses at its smart factory in Pleidelsheim. These courses are specially designed for skilled personnel in manufacturing companies. They are primarily based on the work steps commonly found in manufacturing companies. To this end, ZOLLER specialists have set up a complete smart factory. In addition to the usual turning and milling centers, it includes the entire range of ZOLLER's extensive product portfolio. This includes adjustment and measuring devices, testing and measuring devices, automations, storage systems, devices for shrinking and balancing, tool holders, and solutions for tool administration and tool management. This allows participants in ZOLLER's one-day or multi-day training courses to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical way and in direct reference to real work processes. Training courses and workshops on individual topics are held with between five and eight participants. This allows trainers and speakers to respond to specific questions and requests. Participants learn details about the modular structure of the overall ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions system and the possibilities it offers for comprehensive tool organization and management. They learn the functions and how to operate the software modules that are relevant to them on an individual basis. After intensive theoretical training in the classroom, practical application takes place directly in the production plant of the ZOLLER Smart Factory in Pleidelsheim.
