Collaborative Robotic Unit
The »coraArm« robotic unit is responsible for the automated loading of the machine tool. The tools are provided via the ZOLLER »smartPallet« »system« and then used to load them into the tool magazine by »coraArm«.
Mobile »smartPallet« System
»smartPallet System« – for tool assembly to automation systems. Thanks to its innovative pallet technology, tools can be reliably loaded and then transported—either manually or automated—to the various systems.
Smart Safety Equipment
»»coraControl«« control system – uses a safety laser scanner and an emergency stop switch to ensure the necessary safety zone during automated machine loading. Optional, the work area can be protected with an additional safety enclosure, or protected using only the safety enclosure.
