With the ZOLLER »eQuick 200M,« the cutting edges of crankshaft milling cutters can be ergonomically adjusted and precisely measured using transmitted light.
Measurement is non-contact and includes the Z and X dimensions, plan and radial run-out, cutter width, and corner radii. The ZOLLER image processing system »pilot 2 mT« also offers a cutting-edge inspection feature for quick visual inspection of individual cutting edges.
