Before the »roboSet 2« automation solution can start its work process, an operator only needs to define the tool loading configuration using the Pallet management feature in the »pilot 4.0« software. Thanks to the multi-pallet system (eight pallets as default, with optional ninth), large quantities can be processed and documented fully automatically. In the »roboClean« upstream tool cutting edge cleaning system, the cutting edges of pre-cleaned round or shank tools are cleaned fully automatically in an ultrasonic bath and dust is removed. Air jets then dry the round or shank tools. This ensures exact measurement results.

When combined with the »roboSet 2« robotic loading system, the »roboMark« laser marking system operates completely autonomously, reliably, and efficiently within the ZOLLER safety enclosure. Thanks to the multi-pallet system and the dual grippers, this ZOLLER automation solution can also process and document high volumes fully automatically. A flue gas suction device with automatic filter monitoring, as well as other customer-specific add-on solutions such as the optional Weldon detection, round out the complete system.
