The rotation sensor positions the C axis fully automatically to the target angle. This enables high-precision measurement of helix angles and pitches, as well as wobble compensation.

Hand wheels facilitate fine adjustment of the X-axis and Z-axis, especially for specialized tool inspection.

Manual Tool Identification

The write/read head is manually moved to the RFID chip on the tool holder. The chip can then be read and written to.

Semi-Automatic Tool Identification

The read/write unit is manually moved in the Z-direction to the height of the RFID chip on the tool holder. The movement of the write/read head along the X-axis is CNC-controlled. Once the write/read unit comes into contact with the RFID chip, the chip can be read and written to.
