With »reamCheck«, you can fully automatically, quickly, with repeatable accuracy, and user-independent adjust complete machining tools—such as long reamers and fine boring tools—to meet the required safety standards. The integrated control measurement provides the safety you need.
The tailstock can be conveniently lowered using the control handle and holds long, slender tools exactly in position with a defined contact force. Thanks to ZOLLER’s outstanding technology, you can carry out all steps with ease and absolute process reliability. Whether you prefer to use a tactile measurement method during the setup process or use the proven ZOLLER image processing technology »“pilot«” is entirely up to you.

"duo" Electronic Measuring Sensor
For simultaneously presetting and measuring the diameters and tapers of, for example, reamers using the oversize principle. The sensors are magnetic and can be attached as needed.
