CNC-controlled linear adjusting equipment for adjusting tool length using a limit rod. Also available as »the "asz-rot" version«, which allows the tool length to be adjusted optionally via automatic rotation of the length-adjustment screw (does not apply to shrink fit holders).
 

Thanks to the additional Y-axis, the optic carrier can be positioned CNC-controlled in the Y-direction by up to ±50 mm from the center of the spindle. In combination with the center height measuring camera, this allows turning tools and multifunction tools to be measured efficiently and with high precision and adjusted to the center height.
 

The Tailstock can be easily lowered and holds long, slender tools exactly in position with a defined clamping force. In addition to tools, components can also be measured between tips.
