Your Profile
- Technical vocational training, state-certified technician, or comparable training with an interest in mechanical engineering
- Experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering or the metalworking industry are a plus
- Basic knowledge of handling Windows and network systems is a plus
- Enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility, as well as handling customers
- Experience in a service environment is a plus, but not required
Your Responsibilities
- You will be the person responsible for managing your own client base in your region and serve as the primary on-site contact
- Maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of our calibration and measuring machines, as well as training and instruction
- Technical support for customers and sales partners
- Documentation of all work processes
- Independent carrying out service calls at our customers’ sites
