A set of seven shaping tools—ranging from coarse-grit grinding to polishing—is used to process a workpiece; these tools are designed for marble, granite, natural stone, synthetic materials, and agglomerates. The seven tools and their contours are entered and measured with high precision using the ZOLLER »conDiaZ«. They are then intelligently aligned and optimally adjusted in »pilot 4.0« so that the tools and correction data enter the CNC machine perfectly prepared, ensuring the workpiece is machined to the highest quality on the first try. This helps protect both the tools and the CNC machine in the long term.

After measurement, the complete actual contour appears on the lasso screen, where it can be precisely positioned—ensuring exact determination of the tool center and perfect alignment with the material.
