Tools can only ever work as profitably and efficiently as their operators. This is especially true for software. Complex processes in particular, such as the organization of tools and their digital management in a manufacturing plant, require qualified personnel. This is the only way to fully realize the comprehensive benefits of digitalized processes, including a smart factory.
Practice-oriented
This is why ZOLLER offers in-depth training courses at its Smart Factory in Pleidelsheim. These are specially designed for specialist personnel in manufacturing companies. They are primarily geared towards the usual work steps in manufacturing companies. To this end, the specialists at ZOLLER have set up a complete Smart Factory. In addition to the standard turning and milling centers, it contains the entire spectrum of the extensive ZOLLER product portfolio. This includes presetting and measuring machines, testing and measuring devices, automation, storage systems, shrinking and balancing devices, tool holders and tool management solutions. In this way, participants in the one-day and multi-day training courses at ZOLLER can apply their knowledge and skills in a practical manner and in direct relation to real work processes. This applies not only to individual work steps, but also to largely automated, digitalized production.
Individually tailored
Training courses and workshops on individual topics each take place with around five to eight participants. This allows trainers and speakers to respond to specific questions and requirements. In addition, the course content and focus are geared towards the respective level of knowledge and experience of the participants. This makes them optimally efficient.
In addition to some standardized training courses, the specialists at ZOLLER focus on specifically tailored training units. Participants receive the necessary know-how and extensive qualifications to use ZOLLER hardware and software products efficiently and reliably in a compact and concentrated manner within just a few days.
In theory and practice
This applies in particular to tool management with ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions. First, the seminar participants learn basic functions and work steps in small groups. This includes, for example, creating and saving master data as well as booking tools, operating and measuring equipment and fixtures in and out. Participants learn details about the modular structure of the overall ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions system and the resulting possibilities for comprehensive tool organization and management. Individually tailored, they learn the functions and operation of the software modules relevant to them. After intensive theoretical training in the training rooms, the practical application takes place directly on the store floor of the ZOLLER Smart Factory in Pleidelsheim. The training and further education courses at ZOLLER therefore lead to well-founded, practice-oriented specialist knowledge. Participants can put this into practice immediately and directly in their respective manufacturing companies in order to work efficiently and productively.
