Storage interfaces

The SILVER package includes interfaces to the ZOLLER Smart Cabinets and also tool cabinets from third-party suppliers. With these interfaces, the various systems can be controlled directly from the TMS Tool Management Solutions.

Storage location management

With the storage location management module, you always have an overview of your complete tools, tool components and accessories. The storage location management contains a virtual 3D kit with which you can quickly and easily map your warehouse in three dimensions and assign the items to a virtual storage location. Each item created can be managed in terms of stock, giving you a quick overview of the storage location, circulation and current stock. External storage and lift systems can of course be addressed via interfaces.

Storage module »quickPick«

The »quickPick« warehouse module impresses with its reduced user interface for the simple and fast handling of individual components, complete tools, test equipment, devices, orders and accessories. Stock bookings can be made with just a few clicks. External storage and lift systems can of course be addressed via interfaces.

Test equipment management

This module manages all your measuring and test equipment for the set-up sheet and monitors calibration intervals. Test reports are supplemented by informative graphics and improve the control of the measuring equipment. The logs can be saved to the measuring equipment as required. In combination with stock management, storage locations can be assigned to the measuring equipment and managed graphically.

Fixture management

This module is used for the modern management of your fixtures for the setup sheet and stores image information and setup instructions. Fixture variants are managed as parts list information. In combination with warehouse management, storage locations can be assigned to the fixtures and managed graphically.

NC program management

This module is used to easily manage your NC programs in the ZOLLER database for the setup sheet and offers the option of storing different program versions (version management). Information such as the clamping sketch, workpiece drawing and the solid model can be stored for the NC program. A standard viewer is integrated into the NC program management. Further option: Integration of an external viewer.

Article statistics

An analysis of your tool movements and thus transparency in production is the prerequisite for exploiting optimization potential. With the article statistics, ZOLLER provides an overview of the current cost situation of your tool system as well as the distribution of your consumption at the individual cost centers.
