The »titan« enables high-precision measurement and testing of a wide range of cutting tools and workpieces. It combines state-of-the-art sensor technology and optical systems for precise measurement.

The measuring accuracy of the »titan« is in the micrometer range, which enables extremely precise results:Exy = 2.0 μm + (L/250 mm) μm andEx = 1.3 μm + (L/300 mm) μm.

The »titan« can measure a variety of tools such as milling cutters, drills, threading tools, gear cutting tools and many more.

The device is operated with the powerful ZOLLER »pilot 4.0« software, which offers intuitive operation and comprehensive evaluation options. There are also specific software options for every application.

The »titan« has 6 CNC-controlled axes that enable flexible and precise positioning of the workpiece. A 7th axis is optionally available.

The »titan« is equipped with two high-resolution cameras and a sensor for measuring the cutting edge preparation, ensuring precise measurement.

Operation of the »titan« is very simple and intuitive thanks to the user-friendly software (including the ZOLLER »elephant« measuring program assistant) and the ergonomic design.

The automatic level control ensures that the measuring device is always optimally aligned, which improves measuring accuracy.

The quality of the measurement results is ensured by regular calibration, high-quality components and precise software. ZOLLER is a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
